Payment can be bank transfer, cash, PayPal or cheque. Until you have a built a credit history all orders require a 50% deposit to get your order underway, with full payment prior to dispatch or collection. This is due to the garments being printed or embroidered with your design and so unable to be re-used once branded.

As we are a mainly trade supplier we don’t have a shop so we can keep our overheads lower and your print prices competitive. To ensure we spend as much of our time printing or embroidering as possible in order to meet our customer’s deadlines and make sure we are free, please call or email us to arrange an appointment. We are happy to and prefer to meet as many customers as we can in the early evening or weekends outside of our production time which also seems to suit the vast majority of our customers. We look forward to meeting and working with you.
We are happy to meet clients most days, including weekends so please get in touch if you feel you need to come along rather than order over the phone or via email. Our opening times vary as many days we work late into the evening and also Saturdays.

If you are looking for hen and stag T-shirts, we have produced lots of these so can give you ideas and images of what we have done if requested. Some of our print methods are durable up to higher wash temperatures; however, to extend the life of any printed garment we recommend only washing them at 40 degrees and not to use conditioners, which can degrade prints. Craftytees cannot be held responsible for garments or finished prints that are damaged due to not following the correct washing instructions, which are issued with every job.
